Switchable HOV Transponder passes are now free for drivers who are planning to carpool only in CDOT's HOV Express Lanes.

The Switchable HOV Transponder can also be used for non-carpooling drivers wanting to pay a toll. But drivers with an ExpressToll sticker tag are never considered an HOV, and will always be charged for using the Express Lanes.
